India will play T20 tri-series involving Sri Lanka, Bangladesh in March 2018

The 2018 Nidahas Trophy is a twenty20 cricket tournament scheduled to be held in Sri Lanka from March 06 to March 18, 2018. This is a tri-nation series between Bangladesh, India and Sri Lanka. Each team will play each other twice, with two teams enters the final, based on earned points. 2018 Nidahas Trophy organized in celebration of Sri Lanka’s 70th year of independence. India and host Sri Lanka will play in the series opener.

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) board preponed the tournament by two days, they will now be able to host the final on Sunday as compared to the earlier schedule which had the final slated for Tuesday. The tournament comprising seven games is being conducted to celebrate Sri Lanka’s 70th year of independence.
