DSPORT to broadcast live coverage of Bangabandhu BPL – Bangladesh Premier League 2019-20 in India and its subcontinent (Sri Lanka Only) countries; all matches streamed live in India on Rabbitholebd Sports YouTube channel, viewers can also watch the live feed of DSPORT channel in mobile on Jio TV and Airtel TV. India-based sports television channel DSport has acquired media rights in the Indian territory for the sixth edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL T20). DSport is a Premium Sports Channel owned by Discovery Sports India, has acquired the exclusive broadcasting rights of the tournament.
Gazi TV (GTV) and Maasranga Television are the two official broadcaster of BPL – Bangladesh Premier League 2019-20 in Bangladesh, and they bought three years broadcasting rights for 640 crores (US$82 million). The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has sold the broadcast rights of BPL to the Gazi TV and Maasranga Television for the next three years, severing ties with Channel Nine, all matches streamed live in Bangladesh on Rabbitholebd for both Android and iOS users.
Star Gold to broadcast Bangladesh Premier League 2019-20 in the UK, US, and Canada. BPL 2019-20 will be available to UK viewers on both Star Gold UK and Hotstar UK exclusively, US and Canada subscribers can watch on Hotstar. The live coverage of the tournament can be viewed on Star Gold HD which is available on Sky 729 and Virgin 801 for UK viewers and Hotstar in the UK, US, and Canada.
In the Caribbean region, Flow Sports is the official broadcaster of competition while Geo Super (Geo TV) to broadcast Bangladesh Premier League (BPL 2019-20) matches in Pakistan. Geo Super is the first 24-hour Dubai based Pakistani channel dedicated to the world of sports.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) will run the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) T20 in the name of the Father of the nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman to mark the occasion of his 100th birthday. This time it will be Bangabandhu BPL. The teams will be as they were and only the responsibility to manage the team will be on the BCB.
The players’ transportation and accomodation will be managed by us. This will make others happy and those franchises were not willing to play this year will be happy. Those who are thinking of financial loss will also be happy. “We will try to keep the previous names of the teams involved although it will depend on the sponsors. At the very least, Dhaka, Khulna and names as such will remain. It’s because the format is only for this year and may not remain next year,” Nazmul informed.
The 2019-20 season of the Bangladesh Premier League is the 7th edition of the Twenty20 cricket league. UCB Bangladesh Premier League 2019-20 powered by TVS, also known as BPL 7. The Bangladesh Premier League 2019-20 is a professional cricket league consisting of seven teams, based on the seven largest cities of Bangladesh. The competition will be organised by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), and is scheduled to start on 11 December 2019 and run till January 17, 2020.

The 2019-20 BPL season is scheduled to be the seventh season of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), the top level professional Twenty20 cricket franchise league in Bangladesh. The competition is organised by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), featuring seven teams from seven different cities. Teams will be restricted to having four overseas players per side, instead of five in the previous edition of the tournament.
