SuperSport to telecast live coverage of West Indies vs Sri Lanka three-match test, three-match T20I and three-match one-day series in South Africa. Cricket West Indies (CWI) signed four-year broadcast rights agreement with SuperSport securing the rights to West Indies Cricket until the end of 2024 in sub-Saharan Africa. With the multi-year agreement, SuperSport to provide exclusive live coverage of all West Indies international home matches and domestic tournaments played in the Caribbean on television and their digital platforms (Website, App).

Cricket viewers in the United States can watch Sri Lanka cricket team’s tour of West Indies on ESPN+. In the United Kingdom, TV coverage will be shown exclusively live on BT Sport. BT Sport has acquired a free-to-air rights package that includes daily highlights of international matches played in West Indies. BT Sport has bagged exclusive telecast rights for all West Indies International played in New Zealand; they also acquired OTT (Audio, Video, and other media services via the internet) right. UK pay-television broadcaster BT Sport has signed a five-year deal for exclusive rights to all of the West Indies cricket team’s home matches, with an agreement to show all men’s and women’s domestic and international cricket from West Indies.

For New Zealand audience’s, SKY Sport NZ is the official broadcaster, they can tune to SKY for the live coverage of series. Cricket West Indies (CWI) has signed with Sky New Zealand for the exclusive live coverage to all West Indies home matches played in the Caribbean. The agreement includes both television and digital rights that means Sky Sport New Zealand including its Sky Go mobile app and Sky Now app will offer live coverage and highlights of televised West Indies home series.

News-Talk Radio Guyana 103. 1 FM has acquired the rights to broadcast the radio commentary of the series against Sri Lanka. Flow Sports acquired exclusive television and digital broadcaster in the Caribbean for the series against Sri Lanka. Cricket viewers in the Caribbean region can watch the live broadcast on Flow Sports and their new Flow Sports App. Those who miss the game can watch short and long-form highlights through Flow Sports and the Windies Cricket YouTube channel after the completion of each match.

Cricket viewers in the touring nation Sri Lanka will be able to watch the first CGI Insurance T20I live on the Windies Cricket YouTube channel, while the remainder of the series will broadcast via free-to-air state broadcaster Sri Lanka Rupavahini Corporation (SLRC) and Universal Link Ceylon, who will be licensing the tour to satellite TV, digital and radio stations in Sri Lanka. Bangladesh viewers can tune to Rabbitholebd Sports YouTube channel and the Toffee App for match coverage.

Bangladesh and West Indies will play two tests, three-match One-Day International (ODI), and three-match T20I series scheduled to be held in March 03 and April 02 at two venues: Coolidge Cricket Ground and Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.

Angelo Mathews has been appointed as Sri Lanka’s stand-in captain for the T20I series in the West Indies. Mathews steps in for Dasun Shanaka whose travel plans stand delayed owing to visa issues (He lost his previous passport, which had a valid visa for the USA stamped on it). Shanaka was newly appointed the captain of Sri Lankan team for the series but was unable to travel with the team to Caribbean. He will join the side once the visa issues are resolved.

In the previous series, West Indies beat Sri Lanka in both T20 games but overall records still in favor of Sri Lanka but having home advantage and the presence of players like Pollard and Pooran, this twenty20 series will be challenging for the visitors.
