Hero Caribbean Premier League 2018 auction will take place on March 01 in London, England. All six teams select their lineups for the sixth edition of the tournament; this year competition will take place from August 08 to September 16.

The Caribbean Premier League also know as CPL T20 is an annual Twenty20 cricket tournament held in the Caribbean. Caribbean Premier League 2018 also known as CPL 6 is the 6th season of Twenty20 cricket tournament held in the Caribbean. This year the draft will take place in London, which is a reflection of the global nature of the competition. With owners and sponsors from around the world investing in the Hero CPL and the Caribbean as a whole having the draft in London help from a logistics point of view and helps sell the region to a global audience.

The Hero Caribbean Premier League (CPL) governing body and Cricket West Indies (CWI) have agreed on a window for the 2018 edition of the tournament. The opening round of matches will take place in Trinidad & Tobago and Guyana.
